The 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗣𝗢𝗣𝗖𝗘𝗡-𝗖BMS aims to update the population to reflect the current demography, provide insights on the distribution of shares of LGUs in the National Tax Allocation, and guide the efficient use of government resources.
After a warm, welcoming message by the Chief Statistical Specialist of PSA Sarangani, 𝗜𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗕. 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗼𝘀 𝗝𝗿., the Regional Director of PSA 12, 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗿 𝗟. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗹𝗼𝗻, 𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗢 𝗩 gave a Director’s Message, followed by an introduction on the 2024 POPCEN-CBMS.
Messages of support were given from the regional offices such as NEDA 12, CPD 12, DILG 12, DSWD 12, and DICT 12, and an AVP was presented, showing how to spot an enumerator from the PSA.
Then, a presentation on the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗣𝗢𝗣𝗖𝗘𝗡-𝗖𝗕𝗠𝗦 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 was presided by Regional Director of PSA 12, Atty. Maqtahar L. Manulon, CESO V. And at the end, representatives of the regional offices joined together to officially launch the 2024 POPCEN-CBMS.
An open forum was moderated by 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗣. 𝗔𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼 of PIA 12 and answered directly by the Regional Director, Chief Statistical Specialist, and several other members of regional offices like PSA, DSWD, and DICT.
As PSA
Aims to be innovative and used modernize tools like TABLET to further help with the fast and reliable data gathering of targeted individuals in areas even isolated and geographically at disadvantaged.
They strive to come with almost accurate information to help bring government programs to people in need.
Also making sure that with there current system. These DATA will be protected and hopefully be unhackable since.. as we all know our DATA is Private and must be kept confidential.
